Journal for 1891.

Manuscript records the activities and thoughts of an unidentified Shaker sister who was a seamstress. She, with some assistance, made dozens of shirts, obviously piecework for someone else to sell, while also attending to the clothing needs of the Shakers. She also helped with the wash, gathered eggs to put in the new incubator, made soap and bonnets, and did chores (spelled "choirs"). She also mentions the work of others. Eva(?) grew tomato plants, and M.A. frequently did the baking. The brethren drew timber and cut hay.
